ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz

You know how there are those days when you could really use a nap?

And then there are those days when you might be able to sneak a nap in and do it just because you can?

And then those days when you MUST have a nap for your's and your children's and your children's children's sakes?

Yep. It is one of those days. And I'm blaming the allergy meds. I have got to find something new. . .

I can't remember the last time I had a nap. Sounds nice!

I was yawning and thinking how nice it would be to have a nap, right before I clicked over here! Still 5 more hours at work.

Next week, I start working 4-midnight, and I think I will start taking naps again!

Loratadine (generic for Claritan) isn't supposed to make you sleepy. I have used it for a year, now, and I really like it. Just don't use it with benadryl, though! Bad!

Alavert. Best ever.
Naps are not always a luxury...many naps have saved my children's lives. I should write a post about that.

I too daydream about naps. Some days they consume my every waking thought.

I hope you got your nap today. I so have those days. And then when I give in and take a nap and forget just how destructive my 3 year old can be when I think she'll stay right by mommy. Uhoh.

More than once I've set my phone alarm for 40 minutes -- 10 to 20 to fall asleep, then enough after that for a good power nap. I'd chain lock the doors and set the boys up with snacks and a movie they haven't seen in a while. Saved their lives and my sanity.

I took a migraine nap just yesterday. Didn't actually fall asleep, but I got relaxed enough that it actually helped me.

Oh Rachel, this last week was one of those weeks for me, and I had to try and do it with 5 kids home, and one with her arm in a cast and the other with a velcro splint, and a 2 year old... who WANTS things. It was hard, and I just gave up... and ended up going to bed early instead.... But I know what your talking about..
