Apparently the bug spray wasn't enough. . .

I woke up with a HUGE bug bite on my arm. Too big to be a mosquito. Only one possibility left. Yes. You know what I am talking about.

THERE WAS A SPIDER IN MY BED WHILE I WAS SLEEPING.

And it itches something awful.

Do you think I could get my money back for the bug spray?

Nasty bugger! Maybe he suffered a long horrible bout of "food" poisoning and died in agony! Sorry you were his late night snack.

So I woke up one morning last week with about 8 or 9 little bug bites on my pregnant belly. I was a little freaked out -- and by a little, I mean a lot. I stripped my bed and inspected my mattress with a flashlight and scrutinized my dust ruffle carefully because I thought I had bed bugs or something. But my husband didn't have any bites. And the bites turned into a rash that spread from my belly to my chest to my neck, arms, and legs. Turns out I have this awful itchy rash and the only cure is delivery. Fancy that.

Still way better than a spider in my bed! So sorry!

I don't DO spiders. At all. In any way, shape or form. They freak me out. Big time.

seriously I hate bug bites so my thoughts are with you!

the worse are fire ant bites! I hate them so much. they sting and burn and itch and I still have scars on my toe from last summers bites!

I'd move! Totally serious, my bags would be packed! Especially after that baby spider story from a few weeks ago, you've got an infestation! Stop telling me these stories, it freaks me out!

I read somewhere that the average person eats many spiders/bugs over a lifetime...parts in food, tiny ones crawling into your mouth while sleeping, etc.

Not what you wanted to hear?

Ugh!! You just gave me the creepy crawlies.

Found you from Momza's post. Hi!

As for the spiders, from what I understand regular bug spray doesn't do the trick with those critters. They die hard.

Sorry you had to find out in such an unpleasant way...

I can relate, because I have a spider bug on my foot (the worst place to itch!) that happened last night. Creepy to think about what is going on while we sleep, right? Needless to say, the bed is stripped and everything is getting washed super hot!
