Seriously

I should have been Italian. 

Seriously. 

I love pasta. 

I have now eaten it, I think, 4 days in a row. And I'm not sick of it. 

Not even a little. 

Is there a healthy version of pasta out there? I'm pretty sure I'm killing myself slowly.

Have you had the al dente kind of pasta? It's made out of different things like spinach or tomato so it's a little less carbohydrate/fat heavy. And it's SO delicious! I'm pretty sure you can just find it in the grocery store aisle with the regular pasta.

I love pasta, too. Thank goodness there are some pretty good wheat/gluten free varieties out there. Still, there's nothing like the taste of wheat. boo hoo!

Whole wheat pasta...but check the labels. Some have more fiber than others. You want the kind with more fiber. If you are accustomed to using oil in your water, try veggie spray instead. Serves the same purpose without all the fat. I love pasta too! Yum!
