tuesday confessional

It is so very much easier to stay motivated when there are places to go and people to see.

It is, however, incredibly difficult to do so on a rainy day with no commitments.  The rain make me want to curl up and read.  And occasionally make cookies.

Which means that I'm going to have to come up with something to do for the summer.

Because nothing is every going to happen if we have nothing to do. . . .

At least you have the motivation to make cookies. I don't even want to do that much.

I love rainy days, they make me feel happy!

Rainy days are hard for me, precisely for this reason. And then I have a lot to catch up on. And rainy weeks just KILL me.

Very true...good to have a plan.
I actually loved the time the kids were out of school and we had all these "adventure" planned for us.
Some were very simple as we didn't have a lot of money then...but still memorable and valuable.

Yes so so true. Rainy days just beg for a good book and a blanket. I was worried about our summer- but well now we are going to spend it moving.
